How can I re-execute my contract?

In order to re-execute the contract, it is necessary to sign an application for closing the contract by the old owner (the application is located on the website, in the corresponding section) and obtain the documents of the new owner for registration of the contract form (registration certificate on both sides; owner’s passport, pages 1, 2 and registration; ITN). Upon receipt of the documents, a contract is concluded and an invoice is prepared for payment of services.

How can I disable the service?

Disabling the service is performed according to the application, which can be found on our website, in the documents section. The completed application shall be sent to the following e-mail: support@benishgps.com

What to do in case of a vehicle selling?

If you sell a vehicle, you should contact Benish GPS Contact Center at +380 44 49 44 997. The Contact Center records information about the sale and sends it to the subscriber department to close the contract and terminate the service – so as not to disturb the former owner of the vehicle if an alarm is received. If information about the new owner is provided, the subscriber department enters into a new contract with him/her and updates all data for full service.
